Foundation FUNDAMENTALS (AGES 3-5 YEARS OLD)

Develop a Foundation

Fun, active, and entertaining for all! Fun games and activities introduce your child to sports in an exciting and engaging environment. Our special curriculum focuses on increasing balancing skills, coordination, and fundamental soccer skills, while also developing the concepts of group sports. Sportsmanship concepts, such as cooperation, teamwork, and listening skills are a part of each class.

Program Details

This program is for any 3 to 5 year old player who likes to be active. Our program curriculum uses fun games and activities to broadly introduce sporting concepts and team sports. Kinder participants will use their hands as well as their feet to learn these concepts. As this is an introduction to sports, there is no special skills, knowledge or equipment needed.

What to expect: Many parents who register for the first time, are unsure how their child will do in the program. Sometimes our little ones are shy for the first couple of classes. We suggest that parents, siblings, or an adult stick around for the first class, and be willing to jump in to help your superhero if they are feeling particularly shy. It doesn't take long for most participants to feel less anxious about being away from mom or dad.

What equipment is needed: Just shoes or something comfortable to run in. We will supply everything else.

Program structure may be modified during COVID.

Benefits of introducing your player to Foundation Fundamentals:
  • Learn CORE skills

  • Early introduction to group sports and sportsmanship qualities.

  • Learn skills that are transferable to any sport.

  • Increase balancing skills and coordination.

  • Make new friends

  • Build confidence

  • Be active

  • Have fun

Junior Skills

(AGES 6-7 YEARS OLD)

Program Details

This program is for any 6 & 7-year-old player. Our Juniors program is a bridge between the more technical work of our Cadets program (for 8 to 13-year-olds) and the heavily game-focused sessions of our Fundamental program (3 to 5-year-olds). Our curriculum uses fun games and activities to introduce and refine core skills, but more attention is focused on skill development and precision than in our foundational, fundamental program.

These programs are high-energy and encourage your child to challenge themselves to improve their foundational skills. While still considered an introductory session to preferred sporting options, no special skills or knowledge are needed.

What to expect: Program structure follows no-pressure to low to high-pressure environments.

The program goal is not solely to develop new skills but also to focus on enhancing and improving current techniques and form in increasingly higher pressure environments.

What equipment is needed (Based on Sport): Shin guards, football boots, track shoes, swimming cap & goggles (games shoes are okay), t We will supply everything else.

Program structure may be modified during COVID.
