Sport and Physical Activity keeps you sharp and, best of all, it cheers you up and boosts your energy.

Being active just 30 - 45 minutes a day can offer you a range of benefits including:

THIS IS A GREAT PLACE FOR YOU.

Along with the physical benefits of physical activity and sports, one of the best things that can come, is the opportunity to create friendships. Bonding over their experiences, whilst working hard together. We believe that by participating, it can strengthen existing friendships and create new ones.

Monday Mobility    9am - 9:45 am

                        9:45 am - 10:30 am

Thursday Mobility     4:30 pm - 5:15 pm

                     5:15 pm - 6:00 pm

Swimming Thursday    7:30 am - 8:15 am

                     Swimming Saturday 4:00 pm - 4:45 pm
