COVID-19 Policies:
Due to recent changes to national guidelines, we require capable participants to wear a facemask during their sessions.
Safety is our priority. It’s important to our organization that we do whatever is in our ability to put the safety of our participants and our staff above all else. It’s also very important in this surreal and unprecedented time to try to get our kids back out on the field to safely participate in a fun and active environment with their peers.
While we understand that restrictions have been loosened and individuals may follow other rules inside their own homes, we ask that you help us keep our families safe and allow us to continue providing a fun activity for kids in our community by committing to follow our COVID policies outlined below.
If you have any questions, please direct them to our Company Director.
Screening Participants - It is our collective responsibility to limit the spread of COVID-19. To help keep our participants, their families and our staff and their families safe, we require parents to screen their child(ren) at home for symptoms of COVID. Each day of the program, before leaving your home, the following screening must be conducted -
-
check your child(ren)’s temperature. If a temperature above 37.5 is present, please keep your child and any child residing in your household home and contact our office.
-
Screen your child(ren) for symptoms. The below syptoms are not a exhaustive list of sypmtoms. Please check the CDC for up-to-date sypmtoms. According to the CDC, people with these symptoms may have COVID:
-
-
Fever or chills
-
Cough
-
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
-
Fatigue
-
Muscle or body aches
-
Headache
-
New loss of taste or smell
-
Sore throat
-
Congestion or runny nose
-
Nausea or vomiting
-
Diarrhea
-
If your child is displaying any of these symptoms, please keep them home along with any other child in your household that is registered for our program. Please contact our office.
Carpooling - Due to the highly contagious nature of this virus, we strongly discourage carpooling / sharing rides with other participants. In the event that a participant is required to stay home due to a COVID symptom, all participants who shared transportation with the individual will not be allowed to attend the program. We will not be able to provide credits or refunds for any family that is affected due to carpooling with another participant.
Staff - Any staff member who displays a potential COVID symptom or has a temperature at or in exceedance of 100.4 is required to stay home.
Training Activities - All activities will follow national guidelines.
Equipment - We will be bringing all of the equipment for the program. Equipment is sanitized between sessions.
